On a day-to-day basis, the Management Office oversees a wide range of tasks, including manuscript submission and tracking, editorial correspondence, peer-review coordination, publication scheduling, and general administrative support. They work diligently to maintain the integrity and quality of the journal's operations, ensuring that deadlines are met, processes are streamlined, and resources are effectively utilized.

In addition to their administrative responsibilities, the Aro Management Office also provides English language services and proofreading of manuscripts when required. Executive Manager Office

Salah I. Yahya is a Professor, joined the Department of Software Engineering at Koya University in 2010. He has a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, M.Sc. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and Ph.D. degree in Communication and Microwave Engineering. He is a Senior member of the IEEE-USA, Consultant at the Iraqi Engineering Union, and a member of AMTA-USA, SDIWC-Hong Kong. Prof. Yahya is a regular reviewer of the Electromagnetics Academy, Cambridge, USA, PIERS Journals publications, since 2009, Science and Engineering of Composite Materials journal and International Journal of Applied Electromagnetics and Mechanics, as well as, a regular reviewer of many journals published by MDPI (Academic OpenAccess Publishing). He has more than (100) ISI&Scopus published paper. Recently, he is a Full-time Managing and Executive Editor of ARO Journal. His research interest includes: Antenna, EM Wave propagation, Microwave passive components, Microwave measurement, Electromagnetic compatibility, ANN. (see TAP).

Ali Al-Wakeel received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Baghdad, Iraq in 2005 and 2008, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Smart Meters and Smart Grids from Cardiff University in 2016. Ali has been with the Faculty of Engineering, Koya University as a Part-Time staff member (2008) and a Full-Time academic staff (2009). He has also been linked with Cardiff School of Engineering as a Remote Researcher following his graduation until 2022. Dr. Ali is a recognised and well-known reviewer of prestigious journals including Elsevier’s Applied Energy (IF = 10.1) and Elsevier’s International Journal of Electrical Power & Energy Systems (IF = 5.0). He was the winner of the Best Reviewer Award of Applied Energy journal in 2016 and 2018. Ali has also been a member of the International Advisory Committee of IEEE’s PowerTech Conferences (Madrid, 2021 and Belgrade, 2023). Ali is a registered member of IEEE and the IET. Ali’s research interests include smart meters, state estimation, multi-vector energy networks, modelling and control of electric vehicles and their energy management systems, and building information and energy management systems (BIMS and BEMS).
